THE STORY OF FESTIVAL CHOIR

We are the Black Country's up and coming Community Choir focused on building a singing community of all backgrounds and ages, where people feel welcome and comfortable. We originally started in 2016 with 15 people. Our 'festival' name suggests there's always something to celebrate! Don't say you can't sing....over half our members apologise for this....yet they're amazing!!!

From January 2022, we returned 'home' to the Beacon Centre and we will meet on Mondays from 7.30pm in line with school terms. Fees are the equivalent of £5 weekly with flexible contactless payment plans in place.

We're focused on creating energy, enthusiasm and just having good old fun! When you join us you will feel uplifted, sing fantastic music and connect with other like-minded people in a vibrant and relaxed setting! There's no formality here! When you leave, we want you to go revived, invigorated and engaged.

We'll teach an eclectic mix of contemporary, pop, musical theatre and gospel music by ear. No auditions or previous experience needed, just a willingness to have a go!  All our music and harmonies are taught by ear, so no need to read music! Your first session is absolutely free. We'll offer at least three concerts per year.
